HBOS Card Services save 48% on document testing costs with CSF FasTest…

Document testing is a time consuming task, with many companies still only having a manual checking process. HBOS Card Services manage all of the company’s card products including development of their credit card Terms and Conditions.

Following purchase, Docuplus supplied a 1 day FasTest course to users at HBOS Card Services to give them a basic understanding of the product allowing the team to hit the ground running. FasTest is an easy to use PC based tool that can be used by technical and business users alike. Taking before and after snapshots of the document, FasTest displays them on one screen in a side by side format. The system highlights all differences with colour coded graphical markers, making it easy to see all document changes and determine whether they match intended modifications or if they have occurred inadvertently.
